Job summary

Pizza Hut Staab Management is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations at our Midwest franchise. The role emphasizes coaching teams, ensuring guest satisfaction, food quality, and cleanliness while helping with scheduling and sales goals.

You will hire, train, and onboard new team members, monitor inventory and product quality, and maintain a safe, inspection-ready environment. A positive, energetic, hands-on leader is essential to our culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred).
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on leadership style.
