Staab Management's Pizza Hut franchise is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily operations. You will coach team members, ensure guest service, food quality, and cleanliness, and help with scheduling and labor management.

The role involves hiring and onboarding new staff, monitoring inventory and product quality, handling customer concerns, supporting promotions, and maintaining an inspection-ready restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred).
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities
