Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations at Staab Management's Midwest franchise. You will coach and develop team members while ensuring great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness.

The role requires leadership experience, flexible hours, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid vacation, and training to grow into store

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work peak lunch/dinner hours.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
