Role Description

The Assistant Manager role at Mania Jeans is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, merchandising, and inventory management. The Assistant Manager monitors sales performance, assists with scheduling, and participates in hiring, training, and ongoing development of team members. The position also involves addressing customer concerns, maintaining a safe and clean store environment, and supporting promotional activities to drive store traffic and revenue.
