Jeans Warehouse – Proudly 100%-employee owned is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead team members, and ensure a positive shopping experience at the Agana Shopping Center. Ideal candidates will have retail or supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for fashion.

You will assist with merchandising, train staff, handle POS, and maintain a clean, welcoming store.

Responsibilities

• Process products for the sales floor and assist with merchandise displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
