Job summary

America's Pizza Company, LLC in Reno, NV seeks a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to be the right hand to the General Manager, driving daily success through strong leadership and teamwork.

You will oversee operations, coach staff, assist with hiring and scheduling, ensure safety and brand standards, and foster a positive, fast-paced work environment with pizza discounts and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pass background check.
