America’s Pizza Company, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage daily restaurant operations. You will lead and coach the team, assist with hiring, training, and scheduling, and ensure quality, speed, and service standards are met. This role supports the GM and helps uphold safety and company policies.

You will resolve customer concerns, monitor inventory, handle cash deposits, and open or close the restaurant per schedule, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license
• Pass background check.
