Job summary

America's Pizza Company, LLC is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, staff leadership, and guest satisfaction. This role focuses on coaching team members, scheduling, and ensuring quality, speed, and service standards across shifts.

You will help with hiring, training, inventory checks, safety compliance, and resolving customer concerns, while fostering a positive, fast-paced team environment and opportunities for advancement into GM-level

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass background check.
