Job summary

Brobston Group in Phoenix leads the sales floor to deliver memorable customer experiences, builds client relationships, and achieves sales and profit goals. Partner with the General Manager to support store operations and develop the store team.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and financial skills.
• Ability to motivate, guide, and develop individuals and teams.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, lift up to 30 pounds, and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
• Computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, preferred.
