Coffee#1 Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic leader and supervisor to oversee daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and develop a motivated team of baristas.

This role requires flexibility to open and close the store between 5am and 7pm, which may involve lone working; no prior coffee experience is necessary as full training is provided in-store. Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic experienced leader / supervisor, who is passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service whist developing and supporting their team.

This role requires flexibility over working between the hours of 5am and 7pm which includes opening and closing the store, which may involve lone working.

No experience in Coffee is needed as full training with be provided in store and at one of our Coffee Academies!
