Phantom Fireworks is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Retail Manager to join our team. This full-time, year-round position supports the Showroom Manager in store operations, training staff, managing inventory, cash handling, and daily reporting.

No prior fireworks experience is required—comprehensive training is provided. The role requires flexibility, ability to travel for training and conferences, and a commitment to safety and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage cash handling and basic reporting.
• Experience with POS and inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Showroom Manager in all store operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fully stocked store environment.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and report issues.
• Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts.
• Manage cash handling, daily balancing, deposits, and reporting.
• Maintain proficiency in POS, inventory, and ordering systems.
• Oversee store security and monitor potential risks.
• Assist with local advertising and community engagement.
• Attend required trainings and conferences (travel required).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Phantom Fireworks is the industry leader in retail sales of consumer fireworks. We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Management team. No prior fireworks experience is required—comprehensive training is provided. This is a full-time, year-round position.Key Responsibilities:Support the Showroom Manager in all aspects of store operationsMaintain a safe, clean, and fully stocked store environmentHire, train, schedule, and supervise employeesEnsure compliance with company policies and document/report issuesOversee inventory management, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolutionManage cash handling, daily balancing, deposits, and financial reportingComplete weekly reconciliations (banking, payroll, expenses, petty cash)Maintain proficiency in POS, inventory, and ordering systemsOversee store security, including equipment checks and monitoring potential risksAssist with local advertising, signage, and community engagement effortsConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coachingAttend required trainings, meetings, and annual conferences (travel required)Perform other related duties as assignedQualifications:Previous retail or supervisory experience preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skillsExperience with cash handling and basic financial reportingProficiency with POS and inventory systemsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to identify and resolve issues proactivelyAbility to stand for extended periods and work flexible hoursAbility to work seasonal hoursWillingness to travel for training and conferences
