Job summary

Phantom Fireworks Showrooms LLC seeks a high-energy, customer service–oriented Retail Manager to join our showroom leadership team. You will oversee store operations, recruit and develop staff, manage inventory, cash handling, POS systems, and scheduling, while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

This role requires travel for training and conferences, flexibility for seasonal peaks, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and fully stocked environment.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, schedule, and manage store employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies; document and report infractions.
• Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and termination recommendations as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of POS systems, inventory, and ordering processes.
• Manage inventory levels and post-season returns to the warehouse.
• Inspect rental equipment for safety and functionality.
• Handle cash management duties, including daily balancing and deposits.
• Complete weekly reconciliations and track expenses for budgeting.
• Ensure proper staffing levels during peak periods.
• Deliver high levels of customer service through product knowledge and team support.
• Assist with permitting, inspections, and required compliance activities.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and annual conferences (may require travel).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
