GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for Store 4515 in Cascade, WI. You will support the Store Manager, handle registers, coach staff, and lead a team across shifts to keep the store energized and customer-focused.

Ideal candidates are available weekends/holidays, have reliable transportation, and are at least 21 years old. This full-time role offers weekly pay, plus a sign-on bonus after six months and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays and likely second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Physically able to perform cleaning, stocking, and outside-area upkeep.
• Minimum age requirement of 21+ years old.
• Proficient in English communication and basic math.
• Willing to obtain and learn required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focusing on customer service.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership that motivates your team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
