Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Collierville, TN is seeking a store supervisor to lead daily operations and staff development. You will interview, hire, and coach team members while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include meeting performance metrics, analyzing daily sales, managing expenses, and ensuring safety, banking, and legal compliance.

Starting pay is $12.50 per hour plus commission; advancement opportunities and benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
