Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Crestview, FL seeks a store manager to lead daily operations, oversee staff, and drive sales while upholding exceptional customer service. The role includes a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics and a focus on creating a positive environment for employees and customers.

You will recruit, hire, develop, and coach team members, monitor daily sales data, manage labor, inventory, and maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
