Midwestern Wheels, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Madison airport location to oversee daily operations, support staff development, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to the Airport Manager, you will coach and mentor employees to enhance sales and customer service skills, fostering a positive team environment. The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be physically able to assist customers at the rental counter, including standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible schedules which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled.
• Able to effectively handle confidential information.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and good driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total earning potential: $60,000 - $70,000 per year. This will include an hourly base rate plus uncapped incentive bonuses for sales upgrades and additional services.
