Job summary

Midwestern Wheels, Inc. is seeking friendly, sales‑driven team members to deliver outstanding customer service at our Wisconsin locations. You’ll engage with renters, answer questions, and recommend upgrades and services to meet guests’ needs.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and communication skills are most important.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience desirable but not required.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and reservation software.
• Minimum age 18 and a valid driver’s license.

What You’ll Do:

• Delivering outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Showcase your passion for sales by identifying renters’ needs and recommending relevant upgrades and additional services.
• Assist with daily operations while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Work collaboratively with your team to keep operations running smoothly and create the best possible guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or related fields
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-driven attitude with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Team player willing to jump in wherever needed
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total earning potential: $50,000–$60,000 per year
  (Hourly base pay plus uncapped incentive bonuses for sales upgrades and additional services)
• Pay differential for nights and weekends
