Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking an Agri-Services Manager for the Lexington location to oversee daily operations and customer relations, driving efficiency and service excellence. The role requires a background in agriculture and a commitment to supporting farmers and ranchers.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in agriculture (or equivalent) and be prepared to work overtime, including weekends, to meet location goals. Benefits include health, retirement plans, PTO from day one, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or equivalent experience.
• Class B CDL (helpful).
• Experience in feed and livestock production, agronomy, grain handling/marketing, fertilizer and chemical handling.
• Mechanical ability and forklift experience are helpful.
• Overtime availability, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Agri-Service location and oversee day-to-day responsibilities.
• Maintain strong customer relations and service standards.
• Ensure operations align with company policies and goals.
• Work toward maximum operational effectiveness at the location.
