Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting and office functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role requires understanding the full operating workflow to support Agri-Service in meeting its goals.

The position benefits from cross-training in Agri-Service areas, with overtime and weekend availability as needed. A BS in Agriculture or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Agriculture background is helpful.
• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and office functions, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Understand the complete operating workflow to help Agri-Service reach its goals.
• Perform duties in accordance with company policies.
