MFA Incorporated is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee daily accounting and office operations. You will need to understand the full workings of the business to help the Agri-Service reach its defined goals, while upholding company policies.

We offer growth through cross-training in Agri-Service areas and a collaborative environment that empowers team members to be strong partners and forward-thinking stewards of the land.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Agriculture background is helpful.
• Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds.
• Must be available for overtime including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and office functions.
• Understand the complete working operations of the business to help the Agri-Service reach its defined goals.
