Job summary

Culver's is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during designated shifts and supervise team members to deliver outstanding service.

You will delegate tasks, monitor performance, and report issues to the general manager while maintaining compliance with policies and safety standards. This role emphasizes coaching, schedule planning, and ensuring smooth workflows for guests and staff.

The Shift Manager responsibilities include delegating tasks, handling cash and reporting any issues to the general manager.

To be successful as a Shift Manager, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. Ultimately, a Shift Manager must be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising team members, assigning duties, and creating a schedule.
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
• Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience as a restaurant shift leader or manager.
