Job summary

Culver's is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during designated shifts and supervise team members to ensure guest satisfaction. You will delegate tasks, handle cash, and report any issues to the General Manager to maintain smooth operations.

The successful candidate will manage a team, keep duties accurate, and ensure efficient workflows across all stations. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a restaurant shift leader or manager is preferred.

To be successful as a Shift Manager, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. Ultimately, a Shift Manager must be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising team members, assigning duties, and creating a schedule.
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
• Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
• Coaching team members and on-going training and developing.
• Opening and closing the restaurant, line checks, station preparedness and preparing cash deposits.
• Handling guest complaints and team member disputes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience as a restaurant shift leader or manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
