Job summary

Culver’s in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and guest service. You will supervise shifts, model professionalism, and coach team members to uphold Culver’s standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of management experience, and offers on-the-job training, meal discounts, and opportunities for advancement. Availability daytime and/or nighttime is preferred.
