The Assistant Managers responsibilities may include creating a schedule, counting and reviewing inventory, placing food orders, hiring new team members, delegating tasks, handling cash and reporting any issues to the general manager.

To be successful as an Assistant Manager, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. Ultimately, an Assistant Manager must be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
