Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Hickory, NC is seeking an assistant manager to support senior leadership in daily operations and to coach team members to achieve service excellence.

You will lead shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, and model exceptional communication and teamwork in a high-volume restaurant environment, with opportunities for growth and development within the Chick-fil-A culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Reliable transportation.
• Experience as shift lead or supervisor preferred but not required.

Our assistant managers are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. An assistant manager's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Managers lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities
