Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Framingham is seeking a Team Leader to support daily operations and coach team members in a high-volume setting. You will lead shifts, ensure outstanding customer service, and model Chick-fil-A values with a servant’s heart.

This full-time role requires Saturday availability, a positive attitude, and the ability to coach others while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will help uphold policies and drive guest satisfaction across the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs and manage the guest experience.
• Assist in training of new hires and set the tone for a shift.
• Manage cost controls and execute all checklists.
• Coach and mentor team members on food safety and service practices.
• Lead shifts as a supervisor and key holder; open/close as needed.
• Count drawers and finalize day end procedures.
• Communicate clearly in written and spoken form; ensure policy compliance.
• Support leadership development and team accountability.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• Must be available to work on Saturday's. This position is not a M-F only job.

A Team Leader is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs, managing the customer experience
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Manage Cost Controls
• Execute all checklists
• Coach and Mentor team members on food best practices
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ensure Compliance specific to Minor Labor Laws and Employee breaks
• You will be placed on a Leadership Development Plan to ensure you are learning leadership and business skills
