The Lash Lounge Ponte Vedra - Nocatee Town Center is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead front-of-house hospitality, drive premium membership sales, and ensure flawless guest experiences in a fast-paced, glamorous environment.

You’ll coach front desk staff, manage salon scheduling with elegance, and partner with leadership on promos and member events while maintaining an upscale aesthetic from lobby to playlists.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading front desk in luxury beauty or wellness
• Membership or retail sales with proven numbers
• Excellent verbal charisma and multitasking under pressure
• Experience with salon software MindBody preferred
• Aesthetic-driven mindset with attention to look and function
• PRIOR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
