Job summary

KFC is seeking an Assistant Manager to train and develop restaurant leadership. As responsibilities grow, you will influence the guest experience, maintain a clean restaurant, and ensure hot & fresh meals while delivering strong results.

You will partner with the General Manager, mentor the team through coaching and onboarding, communicate goals and promotions, and foster a positive, high-standard, fast-paced environment that reflects KFC's values.

• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager on success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
• Ownership of the guest experience that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and hot & fresh meals
• Grow and mentor team through training and hiring
• Effectively communicate goals, promotions, business updates, etc
