Job summary

KFC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help develop a high-performing team. You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager on success metrics and lead the restaurant to reach goals.

Responsibilities include owning the guest experience with a clean restaurant, hot and fresh meals, growing and mentoring staff through training and hiring, communicating goals and updates, and sustaining a positive, collaborative environment that reflects KFC values.
