KFC is seeking an Assistant Manager to grow into leadership as you partner with the Restaurant General Manager on success metrics and drive the team toward goals. You will help shape daily operations and guest experience.

You will own the guest experience by ensuring friendly interactions, a clean restaurant, and hot & fresh meals, while growing and mentoring the team through training and hiring. You will communicate goals and updates and lead a positive, collaborative family environment.
