Massage Envy Magnolia is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to help run daily operations and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will work with the Business Manager to develop growth-focused goals, design plans, and organize processes for maximum productivity.

You will supervise staff, provide coaching to improve performance, and help assess performance against targets while representing the company at events and conferences to promote our brand and offerings.

Massage Envy Magnolia is looking for a friendly and dedicated Assistant Spa Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our spa family, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our spa while creating an exceptional experience for our clients.

As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Business Manager to achieve the following:

Commission Structure:

Monthly commission:

• 1-4 memberships: $5 per membership
• 5-11 memberships: $10 per membership
• 12-19 memberships: $20 per membership
• 20+ memberships: $30 per membership

Additional bi-weekly commission:

• Sell 5 memberships: $1 raise for hours worked
• Sell 10 memberships: $2 raise for hours worked
