Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Eau Claire, WI is hiring an Assistant Manager for a full‑time role. You will drive sales through rental agreements, provide white‑glove customer service in stores and at customers’ homes, and oversee deliveries, pickups, and merchandising.

Starting hourly rate is $17–$20 with weekly pay and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver\'s license.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Sales: drive growth through rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant\'s heart in stores and in customers\' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting and organized for customers and coworkers.
