Fourteen Foods is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Dyersburg, TN. This role delivers quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards, while supporting restaurant management responsibilities.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, ensuring safety and cleanliness, training staff, and maintaining excellent guest experiences. The position requires 2+ years in a food-service supervisory role and flexibility to work evenings

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in restaurant management (Shift Manager/Assistant Manager).
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification as required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Position Overview:

TheRestaurantAssistant Managerprovides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.


• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.


• Must be 18 years of age or older.


• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.


• Must have reliable transportation.


• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.


• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).


• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
