Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain food quality, and uphold clean and safe restaurant standards. The role involves hands-on supervision of staff and coordination with team members.

You will manage 4–12 staff, assist in planning events, handle training, and participate in inventory and ordering as needed. Full-time or part-time shifts are available depending on location.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills to interact with all levels of staff.
• Experience in restaurant operations is preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory role is a plus.

In addition to the role of a Shift Manager, key parts of your day to day will consist of:

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable.

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
