Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure superb guest service while maintaining cleanliness and quality standards.

You will help with scheduling, training, inventory, and promotions, partnering with a supportive team to drive sales and growth in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to complete company training programs.
• Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes).
• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred).
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on leadership style.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Customer-focused (hospitality-driven) mindset.

Responsibilities
