Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations. You will coach, motivate, and develop team members while ensuring great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness.

This role requires 18+ and eligibility to work in the U.S.; you should be reliable, flexible, and able to handle peak lunch and dinner rushes, manage scheduling, inventory, and training, and maintain an inspection-ready dining room.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred).
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to complete company training programs.
• Customer-focused (hospitality-driven) mindset.

Responsibilities
