Job summary

Sweet Lou's Restaurant and Bar is seeking an assistant manager to work closely with the general manager, ensuring efficient operation and high standards of service, quality and customer satisfaction.

You will lead shifts, monitor costs, foster teamwork, and promote the brand while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as restaurant manager
• Demonstrated experience in customer service management
• Extensive food, wine and beer knowledge
• Proficiency in English
• Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
