Job summary

Bar Louie is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead dining room operations and create memorable guest experiences. You will guide the team, optimize service flow, and collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely, high‑quality meals and hospitality throughout each shift.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and compliance within a fast-paced casual dining environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Casual Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications required per state.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Strong team leadership and positive conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.

• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
