Job summary

Bar Louie is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations alongside the General Manager. You will ensure guest experiences stay exceptional, service standards remain high, and profitability is driven across the restaurant.

You should bring at least 1 year in casual dining, proficiency with POS systems, and state-certified alcohol/food certifications. Spanish communication with the crew is a plus, and availability for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Formal culinary training is preferred.
• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful operation of our restaurant.
