IHOP in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in running the restaurant profitably and in line with company practices. This role focuses on cost control, customer service, and maintaining restaurant and employee appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
