Job summary

IHOP is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in operating the restaurant profitably within the established practices and procedures. This role focuses on cost control, customer service, appearance, building sales, maximizing profits, and developing employees.

Requirements include at least 1 year in casual dining, a High School Diploma (preferred), POS proficiency, current alcohol and food certifications (preferred), strong leadership and conflict resolution, and
