IHOP Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in operating the restaurant profitably within established practices and procedures. You will focus on cost control, customer service, and maintaining restaurant appearance while driving sales and employee development.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, and hands-on supervision to ensure quality service and smooth daily operations, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the casual restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
