IHOP in Durham, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in running the business efficiently and profitably. You’ll help control costs, elevate customer service, maintain restaurant appearance, drive sales, maximize profits, and develop team members.

You’ll lead with strong communication, handle operations with integrity, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced environment. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the Casual Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
