Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Boise is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the Store Manager on day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver superior customer service.

You will help recruit and develop staff, assist with scheduling and training, support store growth, and ensure accurate parts selection while maintaining high standards of service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• GED preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Sound decision making ability; promotable to store manager.
