Job summary

Stretch Zone in Burley, Idaho is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the Store Manager to supervise daily operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will build relationships with NAPA customers, ensure parts are correct, assist with recruiting and training, and support store growth.

This role requires a valid driver's license, attention to detail, and promotability to store manager.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• GED preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager works collaboratively with the Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day business operation. A person in this position focuses on sales, improving market penetration, and providing superior customer service.

Duties

• Build good relationships with NAPA customers.

Other Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
