NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales, improve market penetration, and deliver superior customer service.

The role focuses on building strong relationships with customers, securing the right parts, and supporting recruiting, scheduling, and training to help the store grow. This position requires a valid driver's license and retail experience, with promotability to store manager.

• Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
