Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is hiring a Store Sales Associate to be the primary contact for customers, promoting sales by understanding needs and sourcing accurate parts. You will ensure every customer has a good experience and assist with stock, store cleanliness, and issue resolution.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, building relationships, and accurately picking parts while maintaining store standards and helping with receiving and stocking merchandise.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• GED preferred.
• Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.

QUALIFICATIONS:
