NAPA Auto Parts in Star, Idaho seeks an Assistant Manager to work with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, expand market presence, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will build strong customer relationships, secure correct parts, help recruit and train team members, and contribute to store growth. A valid driver's license is required; retail experience is preferred and promotability to store manager is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• GED preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.

JOB PURPOSE
