Staab Management’s Pizza Hut location in Kansas seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach staff, and maintain guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and quality control in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

This role invites growth into higher management with a hands-on leadership style and a team-first culture. Ideal candidates are 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., with reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner rush).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred).
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and hitting sales goals.
