Team Leader Responsibilities
- Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant
- Offering an immediate and respectful response to guests’ needs
- Assisting in training new hires, setting the tone for a shift, and acting as a role model for the team
- Being a friendly, encouraging team player
- Opening and/or closing, leading shifts, and acting as a key holder
- Counting drawers and finalizing the day
